Hello, my name is Sarah Lane and I am Medical Education Manager at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. I have worked in the Trust since 1989 and have been in Medical Education since 1997 so have lots of knowledge, experience and contacts. I work closely with Health Education England to ensure the training provided for our junior doctors is high quality and as a department, we work extremely hard to ensure that trainees have a positive educational experience whilst working in the Trust. I work closely with our Matron with regard to the well-being of our junior doctors. As a department, we are very innovative and creative and it is my role to ensure budgets are managed effectively.

I work with an incredible team and enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same. We face whatever challenges come our way with positivity, support and encouragement.
