Hello, my name is Yousif. I am the Clinical Leadership Fellow at the MYH. I have been with the Trust for approximately 16 months. The role of the CLF is to lead projects that will improve the working lives of junior doctors. During my time, I have focused on wellbeing initiatives and improving the transition process from final year medical student to Foundation Year 1 doctor.
